Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills:
Atleast 4 years of hands on experience in Automation using Hammer Tool.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance including managing, defining automation frameworks
Experience in IVR Testing
Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement the automation solution using hammer in customer environment
Manage and define the automation strategy for the customer
Ability to work in an onsite offshore model
Manage team size of 6-10 resources
Ability to design and deploy new solutions, provide technical documentation, and transfer technical knowledge to other engineers
Generic Skills :
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Excellent time management, planning and organization skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
Contribute individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team
