·         Understands business and user goals, leads design thinking
·         Understands design methodologies such as User Centered Design, Process Centered Design etc.
·         Creates User Experience Maps, Task flows, Wireframes etc.
·         Comfortable with tools such as Omnigraffle, Balsamiq etc.
