Job Description
Role / Requirements:
• Experienced in healthcare and writing detailed business and functional requirements for enhancement to healthcare administration systems
• Must have strong Web based development skills along with experience in Distribution / Warehouse management
• Ability to document & flow business processes as well as understand where and how to suggest improvements in those processes.
• Architecture & Design: interviewing and gathering client requirements to translate into detailed project plans that meet budgets and deadlines
• Project management: interface with clients to scope projects, manage budgets and direct the development cycle from inception to completion
• Programming/development: assist the programmers and developers through the development phase, internal testing testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting client initiatives
• Quality Assurance: Develop and execute detailed test plans for internal testing and user acceptance testing to insure Quality via testing Software and Standard Operating Procedures
• Administration: infrastructure development that will enhance the scalability of the organization, allowing the proper systems and processes to be integrated with the business' best practices ensuring consistency and stability
• Track product development and software changes to ensure materials are created and updated in a timely manner
• Review and edit documentation from all IT Departments
• Create Process documents for areas within IT
• Production Support: Issue analysis and resolution
