Scrum Master (Product Engineering)    

San Diego     

$50/hr on C2C/1099 all inclusive 

+ Need strong product engineering background.
+ Experience in handling multiple work streams including design/PoC, development and performance testing of product/app
+ Practitioner of Agile methodology for incremental features development
+ Remove blockers for the team
+ Sprint planning, release planning, release coordination management
+ Experience with Scrum tools
+ Certified Scrum master and Agile expert
+ Coordinate meetings as needed
+ Liaison between engineering and business team
+ Participate in war rooms and manage the tasks and user stories
+ Make sure the team abides by Agile principles
+ Help the team do their best work
+ Maintain communication between management, product owner and the scrum team
+ Prepare reports and share with stakeholders
+ Strong communicator with management skills
