Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead resource responsible for the overall design and development of applications and systems.
- Define requirements and create architectural specifications, including deployment considerations and constraints.
- Work to understand reliability and scalability considerations.
- Provide leadership to client and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize Platform Best Practices.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in all phases of design and development; mentor team members as needed.
- Help ensure projects are delivered successfully, on-time, and within budget.
- Perform Load Testing.
Skills and Experience Required:
Mandatory Skills:
- 7+ Years of Java experience in technical architecture and development.
- Expertise with Java, JBPM, SOA and related technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
