•Assessing records and information requirements of an Business
•Assisting Information Governance team in Retrofit of documents based on different classification
•Proposing procedures, business cases and project plans
•Records Management process in particular to OpenText product
•Appraising, developing and implementing records classification systems and retention and disposal schedules
•Experience with CASSIA module in OpenText and its functionalities
