Description : ASSET MANAGER consultant is responsible for collecting, analyzing and utilizing operational performance data to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements to the business. ASSET MANAGER consultant will develop and maintain standard reporting measures, recommend action plans, and provide ongoing analysis of solutions. S/he will work with all levels of management by leading, coaching or assisting in projects to improve defect rates, cycle time, costs, or customer satisfaction.
The assigned activities would be related to:
• Partner with business leaders to develop and understand business metrics and patterns in the data, and to help drive data-based strategic decision making
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, and recommend changes to management. Provide analysis prior to and following any recommended changes.
• Lead or assist on improvement projects. Provide analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
• Coach team members and leaders on process improvement tools and projects
• Creates and maintains multiple operational reporting tools.
