Role : Java developer

Location : Jersy City,NJ

Duration : 6+ Month

Interview: local candidates are best, skype might be an option

Description:

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering. • 3-5 years of significant experience in application development using core Java, J2EE and SQL • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development. • Extensive knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, and Java/J2EE and design patterns. • Experience in Unix Shell scripting • Experience in web software development, including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery. Knowledge of message systems i.e. Sonic Broker Messaging, MSMQ / RabbitMQ / ZeroMQ • Understanding of product versioning, packaging and deployment • Esper/CEP, complex event processing experience is a plus. • Exposure to ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .Net window services and SQL Server Database optimization / performance tuning

 

Responsibilities: • Architect, design and develop solutions to support key business needs. • Lead the technical direction for the software team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code. • Engineer components, and common services based on standard corporate development models, languages and tools. • Produce system design documents and lead technical walkthroughs. • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Mentor team-members to continuously improve the architecture. • Embrace change and ramp-up the team accordingly. • Must be able to document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, code comments, and clear code.
