Job Title: Project Manager with AML experience

Location: NYC Midtown, NY

Duration : 12+ Months

Strong BA with AML experience, strong SQL and Sanctions (things like Actimize, Mantas, Accuity) experience

Responsibilities will include: 

Determine and manage project scope, benefits, and risks

Liaison between business and development team 

Be a team player and collaborate with Development, User Experience, and Quality Assurance teams for project deliverables, and negotiate cross-divisional consensus

Manage stakeholder relationships and change management requests

Ensure projects are within scope, budget, and time constraints, and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Hands on functional knowledge of the applications in scope

Elicit, analyze and document business requirements;

Develop detailed functional specifications

Generate process/data flow diagrams, use cases, user guides, and QRCs

Required Skills 

Must have experience with SQL

8+ years in project management and business analysis  experience

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Professional functional specification, use case, process flow diagram and product documentation writing skills

Ability to multi-task with good organizational and time management capabilities

Experience in designing user Interface mock-ups

Excellent oral and written communication skills 

Strong and proven problem solving skills

Working knowledge of project scheduling and estimation

AML/Sanction Screening Experience ( such as Actimize, Mantas, Accuity, Bridger Insight, Compliance Link

Excellent in MS Office (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

Bachelors in Computer Science or a related Field, Masters Degree is a plus 

Desired Technologies

Financial Services experience is a significant plus 

Scrum master or PMP certification

Object Oriented Design and Development

Relational DBMS design and development

Past experience with Morgan Stanley development environment
