We would prefer candidates from the NY, CT and Northern NJ… Communication skills must be very strong and candidates must be comfortable interacting with their team and Avon technical team.

 

Keys:

·         Java developer - Java, Websphere 8.0, Web Services, Agile methodologies, MQ Series a plus.

·         Must come from recent e-commerce projects… working on intranet websites.

Job Description:

·         Java developer with the following skills: Java, Websphere 8.0, Web Services, Agile methodologies, MQ Series a plus.

·         This person will be working in a team enviroment on the youravon.com site refacturing old code, new development, bug fix, build new web services… working on multiple projects.

·         Strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, comfortable in a fast paced enviroment.

·         The team works as a unit with mutual respect for each other.

·         Must be able to work independently… no hand holding.
