Job Description:
BASIC FUNCTION
Work with a team of software engineers to implement new features as defined by functional specifications/ user stories as well as troubleshoot reported issues and deploy appropriate fixes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain features for evolving set of medical specialties, participating in full life cycle of development
• Deliver high quality work on schedule according to a software development cycle
• Develop estimates, technical specifications & unit test plans from functional specifications and user stories
• Provide feedback about performance considerations / usability issues concerning software specifications and implementation
• Investigate, program, unit test and document fixes for reported software issues/change requests
• Participate in daily scrums, sprint plannings, retrospectives and reviews JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
Experience:
• Proficiency with C# and .NET framework, 3-5 years of experience
• Knowledge of web based technologies such as MVC 4, HTML5, AngularJS, JQuery, CSS3
• Proficiency in Visual Studio building windows forms applications or web applications
• Knowledge of the MVC pattern
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Problem solving skills, multi-tasking skills. Knowledge of object oriented development concepts Ability to meet project deadlines and milestones Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of teams Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences.
