The individual must have successfully qualified software components as part of large, highly integrated, enterprise class development projects. The position requires strong systems thinking ability, integration test expertise, white and gray box analytical skills, attention to detail and significant experience working with Databases and SQL to verify data accuracy.
 
Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Data Warehouse testing
• Experience with BOXi report testing
• Experience using HP Quality Center/ALM
• Experience in test automation including data-driven and reusable component methodologies
• Experience with Agile testing
• Test Certification

 
Specific Skills:

1. Expert research and analytical skills involving technical and business process documentation - including system architecture, detailed design, and requirements
2. Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive and accurate test designs and conditions through research and analysis of documentation; and from socializing with technical and business experts
3. Significant experience designing and executing QA black, white and gray box test conditions
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Demonstrated ability to successfully participate as a SQA team member on large, complex projects from design through Production deployment
6. Easy and adaptive personality
7. Fast, accurate & enthusiastic self-starter
8. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels (i.e. Management, SQA, DEV, Business Partners, Security, etc.)
9. Independent thinker with tenacity to maintain focus on issues until satisfied they are adequately resolved
10. Knowledge of industry standards and SQA best practices
11. Experience with various SDLC frameworks.
12. Ability to track complex problems in a dynamic and evolving environment to thorough and complete resolution.

 
Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher Degree
• 5+ years SQA experience in complex technical environments
• 5+ years creating complex SQL scripts
• 5+ years in test case design and development
• 3+ years testing Web Applications
• 3+ years in requirements analysis
• Significant experience in data validation
• Significant experience in back-end interface testing
