· 5+ years experience & expertise in the development of project management process documentation, templates, specifications, and other technical documentation.

· 5+ years experience & expertise in Data Center project management.
· Good leadership and organizational skills
· Capable of simultaneously managing two or more projects simultaneously.
· Bachelors Degree, preferably in an engineering discipline.
· Competent in the use of all basic MS Office Automation products ? Word, Excel, Visio, Power point, and Project.
Skills Desired
· Basic knowledge of Data Center Technology and Service Management.
· Working background in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
· Strong background in the design of Structured Cabling Systems
Position Description
· Responsible for scheduling, conducting, and publishing minutes for all team meetings.
· Responsible for maintenance and enhancement of team?s sharepoint site.
· Responsible for coordinating, incorporating, and acquiring approval for all changes to project management templates, standards, and documentation.
· Responsible for tracking and coordinating all project management standard compliance activities.
· Responsible for coordinating, editing, and publishing team communications or newsletters to the rest of EDC.
· Responsible for working directly on the development and/or enhancement of project management templates, standards, and documentation.
· Responsible for developing training materials and user guides on templates, etc as required.
· Responsible for assisting and training EDC project managers on the use of templates and the understanding of approved processes.
Position 2 --- Project Manager - Telephony (Avaya to Cisco Migration experience)
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: Long Term
EIPM PM with IS background in Telephony (Avaya to Cisco Migration experience)
Summary:
· Responsible for project delivery
· Responsible for financial accountability, with oversight from Business Management and Program Lead
· Day-to-day responsibility for managing the project work stream
· Defines scope for project work stream
· Ultimately responsible for the project work stream administration (e.g., escalation management, status reporting, risk reporting, financials, PMPR and Delivery Tracker compliance, etc.)
· Is a non-voting Member of program operating committee acting as an SME in the project work stream
· Detailed support with planning for project work stream
Position 3 ---- Windows Desktop Architect
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: Long Term
The core responsibilities of this position include:
Engineer/sustain existing/new desktop related technologies into the firm
· Ensure products meet the necessary security, supportability, performance requirements
· Ensure we meet our users expectations around user experience
· Create, review, maintain and update documentation.
· Provide 3rd line support to investigate & troubleshoot root causes.
· Dissemination of knowledge amongst peers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience/knowledge of Windows operating systems, management of end user productivity apps, standard associated technologies and third party products. A significant subset of these skills are desired:
· Deep technical understanding of Windows Desktop x64 operating systems
· Familiarity with Desktop Virtualization Technologies from VMWare, Citrix, AppSense, Microsoft
· Knowledge of software packaging tools (e.g. InstallShield, App-V sequencer, Wise)
· Knowledge of common third party tools used to manage/support large environments. i.e. Appsense/Splunk
· Experience in engineering Large Scale Deployment/Migrations of Office 2010/2013
· Knowledge of common Windows Infrastructure i.e. Active Directory/SCCM/GPO
· Strong troubleshooting mind-set (i.e. parsing event log, Sysinternals tools, analyzing memory dumps etc).
· Experience of large scale desktop deployment tools and techniques in large distributed organizations.
· Scripting ability highly desired (whether with PowerShell, WMI, VBScript, etc.).
· Ability to write technical and operational management documentation (system design and engineering documents, operational runbooks).
· Experience of working in a global environment
· Desktop/Laptop/Server Hardware Knowledge
Position 4: Project Manager ----- Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC)
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: Long Term
Job Description
This is a Project Manager's role within the Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) Program. As part of this, the Project Manager will be responsible for :
• Rolling out the successor, Lync 2013- replacement of existing IM, Presence, Group Chat, and web collab application, Microsoft Office Communicator 2007
• Lead the effort in the Multimedia aspect of the program (i.e connecting Lync 2013 rooms w/ legacy Video Conferencing rooms, and other multimedia efforts)
• Lead the effort of replacing Morgan Stanley's existing internal and external Video streaming platform
Skills required :
• Must have all the usual PM skills plus technical competence around Unified Communications type projects.
• Position will interface with strong technical leadership and this person should be able to communicate strongly (written and verbal).
• Understanding of various deployment methodologies/Deployment experience to the desktop environment
• Experience in working with virtual teams
• Defines the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, scope budget and schedule
• Define deliverables, structure the work and clearly communicate roles and responsibilities to various stakeholders
• Drive the coordination of work and the completion of overall project deliverables
• Manages budgeting and cost management processes for project and communicates to business management and program management for appropriate funding levels
• Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure on time, on budget delivery
• Identify, manage / escalate issues and drive successful resolution
• Creates and/or updates project documentation (general and/or technical docs where applicable)
• Maintains compliance with all applicable security and regulatory standards
• Communicate project progress clearly at the appropriate stakeholder level
