Job Description:

Our client, a leading financial institution, seeks a Sr. Business Analyst - PeopleSoft Benefits Subject Matter Expert.  The team currently utilizes  PeopleSoft as their primary administration tool, as well as the primary Team Member self-service tool for benefits.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for PeopleSoft Benefits functionality.

• Partner with the Benefits team  in creation of business requirements.

• Analyze and document System Requirements.

• Create detailed functional design documents as required.

• Serve as a liaison between HR Systems and the Benefits team  in the evaluation and interpretation of business requirements.

• Conduct requirements walk-through for Business/Systems clarification.

• Develop and execute test cases. Serve as a liaison between HR Systems and the Benefits team  in Integration and User Acceptance testing.

• Facilitate SDLC process for assigned projects.
