Title:  IAM Architect

Location:  Sacramento, California

Duration:  6 Months

C2C Rate:  Negotiable

 

Skills and Experience

 

o   Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification

 

o   7+ years IAM Architecture experience, including experience with LDAP directories such as Microsoft Active Directory and authentication protocols such as NTLM and Kerberos

 

o   Three to five years full project lifecycle experience, preferably in a large consulting environment

 

o   Knowledge of Oracle Identity prerequisite software: Web Logic Application Server, Oracle database

 

o   Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Identity & Access Management products (e.g. OHS, OAM, OAAM, OIM, OUD, OVD, OIF, OID, OIA, OIG, OES, etc.)

 

o   Experience integrating and reconciling an IAM solution with an HR source of record system (e.g. PeopleSoft HCM)

 

o   Good working knowledge of the majority of the following products as they relate to a security initiative: IBM DB2, Oracle, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Tivoli Directory Server, Sun Directory Server, IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server/Apache, IIS, WebLogic Application Server, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OBIEE/BI Publisher, Crystal Reports

 

o   Experience with the majority of the following technologies as the relate to a security initiative: LDAP, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, EJB, Web Services, SAML 2.0, SPML, SOAP, XSLT, WS-Security, JDBC, AD FS, Client/Server, VPN

 

o   Experience with projects requiring security framework compliance, (e.g., ISO 27002, NIST 800-53, etc.)

 

o   Knowledge of various operating systems including Windows, i5/OS, z/OS, HP/UX, AIX, Linux

o   Ability to follow detailed directions, multi-task, perform analytical thinking to complete necessary work

 

o   Ability to provide quality customer service and work cooperatively with CalPERS staff, contractors, and internal stakeholders

 

o   Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, research, and personal computer skills

 

o   Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and identity and access management best practices

 

o   Ability to create design documents and specifications to be communicated to the stakeholders

 

o   Ability to troubleshoot and isolate technical issues and make appropriate changes as necessary

 

o   Ability to make technical decisions regarding assigned tasks when presented with options

 

o   Strong facilitation skills and ability to synthesize key points/issues and present to stakeholders

 

 

Desired Skills:

 

·         Experience with Microsoft .Net and ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, T-SQL, web browsers, XML, XML Web Services, SOAP, CSS, C# programming

 

·         Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science or related Business or Engineering field
