I would like to know your interest about an opportunity that we are currently working on. The role description is as follows:

Position: SAP HR BW Security Consultant

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Duration: 6 Months

Besides normal Security knowledge and experience for user admin / role development, following are some unique security knowledge for these environments.

HR ECC

· Must know HR authorizations autos/personnel areas/infotypes and how evaluated.

· Understand HR structural profile authorizations for OM relationships and understand inheritance

· (Note: configured by HR OM analyst but need to understand how this relates into access)

· Must know how to use HRAUTH to evaluate structural profile access to user.

· Understand HR Auth Switch settings for security impact

· Must know how to use OM Workflow and OM transactions

· Nice to have - knowledge ?Context-Based HR authorizations with OM structural profiles

· Implement OM position-based (assignment of roles within OM position/job)

· Ability to do authorization tracing and interpret results (requirement for HR)

· Requires security development of new ?global? roles that align with the less-restricted access and new OM relationships based on existing roles for read/write and which infotypes allowed.

· Understand sensitive HR and system access restrictions for business roles

B W - HR access aligned to HR ECC business requirements

· Understand BW 7.x Design concepts for info-objects (info-areas, info-cubes, info-objects, etc.. that will align with HR ECC business access requirements above. Must be able to provide guidance to the BI team in up-front redesign in BW workbench. This is important to help provide guidance, recommendation and good BW info-object naming patterns that are used in BW security authorization values.

· Ability to use BW workbench to view BW infostructures, etc.

· Ability to Design new BW roles that will aligned with HR-ECC business access.

· Must have experience with Auth-Relevant Info-characteristic

· (key component for row-level security for Personnel area, infotype)

· Must have experience with BW 7.4 Analysis Authorizations ? design/develop.

· Must have experience for BW 7.4 Analysis Authorizations tracing and interpret results

· (know how to test reports).

· Nice to have ? understand BW analysis authorizations using hierarchical nodes.

· Develop HR-BW security roles and analysis authorizations and testing
