Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: New York, NY (Need Locals)
Duration : 6+ Months
Required Skills:
A minimum of 5 years' experience gathering and documenting operational documents for technology projects.
A minimum of 3 years' experience working with large teams of business users to implement technology system by assisting them on the operational planning, training and roll out.
Knowledge of technology especially web based applications.
Experience planning and conducting User Acceptance testing.
Experience planning and conducting Pilot User Work Group Sessions.
Experience planning and conducting User Training.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal Skills, Problem solving skills & Time management skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in organization and communication.
Ability to understand, in detail, new system capabilities and functions.
Ability to assess task durations and provide staff guidance.
Ability to manage people to ensure they meet their deliverables.
5 or more years' of experience using MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills in the area of process automation, technology integration.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of business process around vital events (registration, management, archive and analysis).
Experience working within Payment Processing Business process.
Experience working within Online Order Management Business process.
Experience working with government agencies preferably NYC.
