Job Description:
· Extensive Knowledge on US permanent and Temporary staffing business is a Must (No bench sales)
· 3+ Years exp in US Staffing is a Must
· Willing to work night shift
· Extensive understanding of Job Descriptions, demonstrate it through research ability.
· Sourcing candidates through job boards such as Monster, Dice.com etc.
· Demonstrative experience Working through professional and social networking sites
· Qualifying candidates before technical screening.
· Coordinating interviews internally and with clients.
· Negotiating the rate/salary and benefits.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to work in high pressure environment.
· Ability to prioritize changing workloads.
· Proficient skills in MS office tools like MS Word, Excel and outlook.
