Job Title: CQ consultant
Location: SE, Michigan
Duration : Long Term

Minimum Requirements:
Years of experience – 10 Years of IT experience
Good communication, team work and customer interaction skills are mandatory
Some travel required to review services from both internal and external service providers and to remain aligned with VW Group standards.
Type of degree needed – B.S.
Specific skill sets and the proficiencies -
Adobe CQ 5.3 or above – 5 years
Java, JSP, Servlets, Ajax, XML, JQuery and JSON web technologies – 5 years
Java development tools like Eclipse required – 5 years
DevOps tools like SVN, Jenkins and Maven – 3 years
Managing complex programs or projects (preferably in the Digital or Website space) with SDLC knowledge – 2 years.
This position is a CQ5/AEM expert with development, architecture and operational experiences.
1) Recognized in and outside of the organization as a CQ expert.
2) Architect complex Web Content Management Application with integrations to other enterprise applications.
3) Design modular and extensible CQ WCM components and services to suit the CQ requirements and following the industry standards.
4) Develop and deploy complex enterprise level CQ WCM application with high reliability and near zero defects.
5) Devise and implement strategies for integrating WCM solution with the enterprise tools and environments.
6) Investigates failures and deviations in the application releases.
7) Reviews design specs and codes to accuracy.
8) Expert understanding and work habits compliant with VWGoA operations.
9) Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
10) Ability to provide self-direction, detail oriented, with superior skills in planning, organizing, and communicating CQ project tasks across multiple teams.
11) Participate in an on-call rotation.
12) Provide support for scheduled evening and weekend releases and planned implementations
13) Manage multiple high-profile, complex production applications and implement changes involving multiple teams with minimal disruption to end users
14) Provide 24x7 Production crisis support, trouble shooting, monitoring, disaster recovery and urgent maintenance.
15) Work with Enterprise Architecture team and development teams for CQ implementations.
16) Define standards, best practices and metrics installing, configuring, monitoring, reporting, auditing.
17) Involve in ongoing research, development and testing of CQ and Security Vulnerability.
18) Setup and integrate applications with SSO.
19) Work and set up in DMZ environment with solid concepts of TCP/IP, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Multi-tiered architectures.
20) Writing JACL/Jython, Unix shell Scripting for administration.
21) Work and consult with Application Engineers and provide industry standard configuration choices and environments.
22) Strong team skills and ability to learn new technologies.
23) Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
