Position Title: Network Systems Engineer
Location: Richfield, MN
Liaison between call center partners, internal teams, software vendors to handle existing and incoming software and system issues. Responsible for troubleshooting network connectivity, firewalls, Citrix and other remote desktop solutions, software package upgrades.
• Experience with network and/or telephony infrastructure including administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows based servers with the ability to install, configure, train, administer and troubleshoot 3rd party vendor applications.
• Operations back ground for system troubleshooting and analytical problem solving
• Software package upgrades
• Responsible troubleshooting network connectivity, firewalls, Citrix and other remote desktop solutions
• Provide creative solutions to resolve existing and incoming issues for new applications
• 5-7 years software/infrastructure experience
• High technical aptitude to:
o Understand host files, security certificates, browser settings
o SQL server, Windows operating systems on desktop and servers
o Firewalls, proxy settings
• Experience with network and/or telephony infrastructure including administration and troubleshooting
• Ability to work with multiple departments
• Lead calls and action plans
