Must Have Skills:
·         Must have participated in a full development life cycle in a project using Business Events. Should have experience of development, configuration and deployment in the stated TIBCO products.
·         Good knowledge of XML/XSD/XSLT
·         Must be very comfortable on working with SQL
·         Must have working knowledge of Tibco EMS and TIBCO Business Works
·         Must have good experience of working with any other object oriented programming language like Java/C#

Soft skills
·         Client Handling.
·         Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, written and oral skills.
·         Should have good aptitude and problem solving abilities

Certifications:
·         Tibco BE/BW certifications are strong plus points
