"Business Analyst in Healthcare Domain with very good communication and leadership skills. S/he shall have ability to work with the Business/SMEs , ability to speak fluent English and to interact with CAH business team in a leadership capacity.
Candidate shall be able to:
•Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering requirements; evaluating output requirements and formats.
•Designs new computer programs by analyzing business requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; creating use cases; studying system capabilities and writing functional/design specifications.
•Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
•Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
•Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
5-7 Yrs
