BlackBerry Exchange Server

Solid understanding and working knowledge of Active Directory 2003, 2008 a must have, version 2010 knowledge is a definite plus

Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory Replication, FSMO roles, Backup / Restore, Group Policies, and DNS
MS Lync 2010 or Microsoft LCS 2005/OCS 2007 is an advantage
*
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting is required

Capacity planning, demand management, service health monitoring & reporting etc.
