Job Details are as follows.

 

Sr Java Flex Developer

Location: New York, NY
Position: Contract

 

Remarks: client facing Web Analytics role. Java/J2EE, FLEX, JMS, SQL must. Tibco EMS highly preferred. IB background must.

 

Job Description:

We require a developer with web development experience and strong communication skills who is confident working with front office users and other IT teams. We use FLEX, TIBCO EMS, JMS, Oracle Weblogic, J2EE, Oracle Coherence, Spring MVC framework, Grid Computing (Data Synapse) and MS-SQL. Knowledge of JSP, the Apache Struts web development framework is an advantage.

 

·         Bachelors of Computer Engineering or Masters in Computer Science with a minimum of 8 years of experience in developing large scale software applications

• Java & J2EE
• An enterprise application service such as Weblogic, JBOSS or WebSphere (Weblogic is preferred)
• Spring Framework
• Adobe Flex
• Linux/Windows OS
• JMS and similar messaging APIs
• MS SQL / Oracle relational databases
• Maven
• Strong design patterns
• Large-scale web application development
• Ability to quickly adapt workloads for changing priorities
• Fixed Income Product Knowledge especially Securitized Products is preferred
