- JS, Backbone, jQuery, MVC
Job Responsibilities:
Basic technical skills:
Experience developing rich user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Proficient in current/modal JavaScript usage
Familiarity with AJAX and JSON
Experience using a DOM-manipulation library, such as jQuery, Dojo, Scriptaculous, MooTools, etc (jQuery is preferred)
Must understand how MVC works from a front-end perspective
Understanding of responsive design principles.
Required domain-specific knowledge:
Experience developing front-end applications using modern MV* JS libraries, such as Backbone, EmberJS, JavaScript MVC, etc (Backbone is preferred)
Solid understanding of modern front-end web development practices
Experience utilizing REST-style API's
Understanding of front-end constraints on mobile browsers
Basic understanding of using AMD modules in JavaScript
