Experience/background in wireless& digital communications, RF engineering Experience in WiFi, Experience in CDMA2000 (1x, EV-DO), UMTS (GSM, WCDMA),TD-SCDMA call processing & physical layer, understanding/experience in GPS navigation, E911 and LBS a plus,testing experience with WWAN/ WLAN technologies for embedded Software will be preferred ,Software scripting skills (Perl preferred)

Integration and Test procedures and tools Strong proficiency in Linux Strong proficiency in Wireless Network Protocols Wi-Fi BT/LE NFC, Fluent in standard device debugging and test tools and techniques (JTAG, Ethereal plug-ins, base station simulator tools, etc.),Scripting proficiency in perl, python.

Understanding of digital communications systems, RF propagation, CDMA, OFDM, Physical/MAC layers and Call Processing concepts,knowledge in air interface standards CDMA2000, 1xEV-DO (Rev 0/A/B), GSM/ GPRS /EDGE / Rel99/ Rel5 / HSDPA/ HSUPA/HSPA+, LTE, TD-SCDMA,knowledge of wireless data protocol stacks including RLP, PPP, IP, TCP, IPV6, MIPV6, etc.Familiarity with IP telephony network , SIP, IMS, and IP telephony standards,programming in C, Perl, shell scripting, etc

Experience in testing embedded software, preferably device drivers,Perl/TCL and C,debugging skills,Experience in using wireless test equipment (1x, EVDO, UMTS test equipment),Experience in testing MultiMedia applications (Browser, Camera/Camcorder, Media Player)

C, C#, Perl, MSFT test tools like WTT/WP6/WM7, operating systems platform testing (Microsoft Windows Phone, Google Android, & etc)

Key Skills: Strong system test knowledge of smart phones\net books and experience with testing embedded software on Linux Android/WM platforms,l Familiarity with communications standards e.g. Bluetooth, FM, NFC, WLAN protocols, Familiarity with standard lab equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and power supplies is a plus. Familiarity with OS enviropments such as Linux, Windows, Android is required.PERL scripting, IP protocols experience is a plus.
