JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mandatory Skills:
a. Good understanding of the Service Management (ITIL) framework.
b. Ability to interact with Service Catalog users and Application teams - for which the ITIL background will be necessary
c. The ability and past experience of eliciting, validating and elaborating requirements ( as a general Analyst skill), and
d. Ability to run this identification and documentation of requirements without close supervision.
Desirable Skills:
Require ITIL Lifecycle knowledge and applicable experience. Ability to set business process direction and technology direction relative to Service Management. Need specific experience in:
- Service Strategy and Service Design strategic direction setting and approaches for maturing those specific phases of the lifecycle.
- Service Strategy and Service Design process development and application.
- Service Catalog process knowledge and experience in Service Catalog implementations.
- Experience in guiding organizations through the steps needed to implement and populate a service catalog.
