Concentration and focus on backend first (SSIS, Data Modeling skills)

.Net Development (C#, MVC Web Services)

Sr. Developer with good communication and leadership skills

Someone not at architect level, but aspires to get there

.NET C# Threads

.NET C# Socket Programming

Team size is 1-3 people

90% of job is individual contributor with other piece mentoring and helping team
