Role: CRM Func Consultant
Work Location: Houston, Texas
Rates: $60/hr on 1099/C2C
Dynamics CRM Sr. Functional Consultant
Relevant Majors: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics
Must have hands-on experience with the Sales, Service or Marketing Modules of Dynamics CRM
Relevant Technical Skills: Minimum 5 â€" 7 years experience working with Dynamics CRM using its Sales, Service or Marketing Modules. Experience in Dynamics CRM
2015 preferred, but Dynamics CRM 2013 is a must. Experienced with both On-Premise and On-Line versions. Certifications for Dynamics CRM required. Sales and S
ervice module experience required. Need to be proficient in configuration, identifying customizations plus report and dashboard creation. Deep industry knowle
dge of a major industry such as manufacturing, distribution or utilities is desired along with experience with the business processes of that industry.
Knowledge of additional Dynamics CRM Modules a Plus.
• Marketing, Social Management, ISVs
• Experience in documenting business requirements and interpreting them into functional requirements.
Project Experience
• Experience in multiple projects required.
Additonal Experience or Skills Desired
• Previous industry experience, or end user experience roles a positive.
• Experience in medium to larger Enterprise sized projects.
• Good presentation skills.
• Good customer skills.
• Work with little or no supervision.
• Can work to a defined time line for assigned tasks.
• Team oriented.
• Results oriented.
• Travel is required.
