Financial Planning and Forecasting Business Analyst

Financial Forecasting / Planning IT Business Analyst for a "Discovery" phase of a Marketing Asset Financial Planning Tool. The tool will enable the financial process that support how Coca-Cola North America Marketing plans and manages their investment in strategic marketing assets like celebrities, NFL, NBA, Oscars, etc. Below is an outline of qualifications. Definitely need someone who can self-manage.

 

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: 

• 6+ years overall IT or Finance/IT experience in financial planning, management and forecasting applications.  Experience in Marketing financial planning is a plus.

• Requires Finance or IT/Finance background with exposure to Marketing business functions

• Experienced process design, requirements gathering and documentation, organizational change

• Desire experience in leading package software selection process.

• Experience in Marketing Asset or Contract Management applications in consumer goods industries.

• Functional expertise in Contract Management experience is requested

• SAP Integration experience is desired

 

GENERAL BA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• Experience in functional business analysis as well as a delivery role

• Must have strong project management skills and PMP certification is preferred.  Six Sigma certification is also desired.

• Experience with the development of all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support

• Experience with Architecture, System Design, Configuration, Customization, Integration and Testing, Production Cutover and Support

• Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed

• Experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing

• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development

• Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementation 

• Experience with client facing consulting engagements

• Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services (Big 4 preferred)

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
