USG direct client is looking for MDM Data Modeler at NYC, NY

 

Required Skills:

·         A Senior Level Data Modeler with team lead experience.

·         MDM Informatica experience a must.

·         Healthcare background a must.

·         Primary Skills are Enterprise Data Modeling, Data Strategy, Data Integration, 3NF and Dimensional models, Data warehousing/BI, Guided Analytics, Data Quality

·         Must have experience with Healthcare Provider, Payer, and Health Informatics solutions.

·         Expertise in the latest in Payer and ACA trends such as ACOs, PCMHs, EOCs and their Clinical and Utilization measures, Payment Innovations as well as Enterprise Data Models around Healthcare Claim, Member, and Provider domains and ICD-10 remediation issues preferred.

·         Must be experienced with leading and architecting enterprise solutions focusing on Data warehousing and Analytics, MDM, Data Hub and Vault architectures, Reference Data Management, & Data Integration.

·         Experience in Conceptual, Logical and Physical data modeling, Canonical models, Enterprise Data Models, Enterprise ETL architecture preferred.

·         Experience in Data governance issues and tools such as Data profiling, Data quality feedback loop, Pain point analysis, and Identification of Critical and Governable data elements a must.

·         Knowledge and experience with multiple industry standard data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERWin, Infosphere Data Architect preferred.

·         Experienced in Database infrastructure Sizing

·         Experience in full life cycle implementation of data warehouses from gathering detail business requirements and translate them into technical requirements through implementation, data warehouse standards and procedures

·         Must be able to multitask efficiently and progressively and work comfortably in an ever-changing data environment

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         1-2 years' experience working in Agile development software methodology

·         Must work well in a team environment as well as independently

·         Excellent verbal/written communication and problem solving skills; ability to communicate information to a variety of groups at different technical skill levels
