Job Description :

 

Role : PeopleSoft CRM Developer

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Duration : 6+ Months

GC and Citizen and GC-EAD

 

Skills :

 

Heavy focus on CRM production support (PeopleSoft), only a small piece of development

Needs to dig deep into problems

Can't wait for directions but instead dive right in

CRM and CS would be great, at minimum, need CRM

Have to dealt with app packages and integration broker

CRM deals with support tickets for whole organization

 

Note from Hiring Manager:

 

Candidate should be well versed with integration broker and service operations both sync and async.

Experience with application packages.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.  This translates to someone who can troubleshoot and resolve issues without a solution provided.  Ability to research and understand complex code.

Experience with CS or CRM (CRM preferred), but because we do so much with CS information, experience with CS would work.

Basic understanding of SQL tuning.  Some examples are an understanding of indexes and the knowledge to troubleshoot slow performing sql.

Ability to run and understand trace files.

If we can get someone with CRM experience, it would be good to have someone familiar with the 360 configuration and templates.
