Description : Tools Implementation & Integration Manager
• Designing and implementing ITSM, Asset Management & CMDB tools
• Good experience on the programming language Ruby on Rails
• Develop and integrate these applications using a variety of data sources & tools
• Skilled with DB technologies including MySQL & or Oracle, SQL Server
• Investigate, troubleshoot and fix production related issues.
• Develop Wizard and Workflows to support new business requirements
• Functional knowledge of the ITSM and ITAM process and applications.
• Create views for Service Manager Reporting Database and other systems.
