1: Role: BA with strong SQL Experience (RDBMS) @ Oakbrook IL.
Job Description:
BA with strong SQL knowledge. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be able to handle stakeholder communication independently.
SQL Skills (must have):
1. Data Extract from Databases using different SQL queries.
2. Good understanding of SQL concepts like JOINS (inner, outer, left, right), UNIONS, VIEWS etc.
3. In depth understanding of RDBMS concepts.
BA:
1. Experience in Requirements Gathering, Requirements Elicitation, writing Test Scenarios.
2. Should be able to convert Business Requirements in more detailed Data and Application Requirements.
3. Should be able to prepare test coverage matrix against finalized requirements.
4. Should be able to test application against requirements (System test).
5. Should be able to test incoming data from Markets against data requirements using SQL queries.
2: Role: QA with strong SQL Experience (RDBMS)
Job Description:
QA with strong SQL knowledge. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be able to handle stakeholder communication independently.
SQL Skills (must have):
1. Data Extract from Databases using different SQL queries.
2. Good understanding of SQL concepts like JOINS (inner, outer, left, right), UNIONS, VIEWS etc.
3. In depth understanding of RDBMS concepts.
QA:
1. Experience in Requirements Analysis and Test Scenarios Creation.
2. Experience in Creating Test plan, Writing Test Cases, Preparing Test Execution Plan.
3. Should be able to Execute Test Cases for different releases (functional, regression testing) and track progress.
4. Should be able to Report on Test Execution progress, Defects found (using Excel sheets, experience in using tools is a plus).
5. Should be able to help developers analyze and recreate the defects, provide adequate information and revalidate the defects for closure.
