Req: Oracle Forms & Reports Developer @ Suitland, MD
Long tern contract
Provide maintenance and development using Web-deployed Oracle Forms and Reports in a Windows 7/Weblogic web-based environment. Experience with:
o Developing with relevant software languages (SQL, PL/SQL), including database scripts, in Oracle 10g/11g
o Designing and developing with Oracle Forms tools (e.g., Forms, JDeveloper, etc.)
o Designing and developing with Oracle Reporting tools (e.g., Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, APEX)
o Troubleshooting at all levels: development, testing, production
o Working with Change Management Software (e.g., Serena Business Manager, PVCS Version Manager)
Perform systems analysis, design and development.
Possess and maintain knowledge of web-based technologies and architecture
Designg and implement secure code for software applications
Perform testing and maintain large software applications.
Follow Software Configuration Management techniques and practices.
Perform iterative code development.
Perform troubleshooting and supporting production applications.
Assist other developers with technical solutions.
Evaluate, identify, and present alternatives for software
Organize work/assignments into task breakdown and estimate time (level of effort) for technical tasks.
