Supply chain background, retail experience SAP, strong leadership and communication skills

Need to be able to work effectively with lead technical personnel (Systems Analysts, Developers, Testers, Managers) and clearly translate business priorities and objectives

Work with development leads to define code drops and coordinate the alignment of code drop dependencies

Coordinate through the development managers on all delivery activities and act as the escalation point for all development and build issues

Coordinate with the development teams to ensure comprehensive cross functional design

Ensure that design is completed within committed timeframes

Partner with the test organization to help coordinate resolution of defects
