1. Title: Business Analyst with OTC

Location: Irvin, CA

Duration: Long term Contract

Rate: $50/hr on CTC

Job Description:

Good understanding of OTC products

Understanding of OTC product Operating Model/Process flow

6+ years of exp

Good Communication skill

Prior OTC Hub exp in State Street will be added advantage

2. Title: Business Analyst

Location: Kansas City, MO

Position Type: Long term Contract

Hourly: $45/hr on CTC

Description:

Minimum 3 years of relevant technical or business work experience as a business and data analyst (5+ years preferred) with domain expertise in Banking/Asset Management like Hedge Funds / Trade / Cash Management/Alternate Investment Services/Fund and Portfolio Accounting/Performance Analysis..Etc

Ability to read and understand relational data base diagrams, strong SQL knowledge, Data analysis, Data profiling, Data mapping between data bases, knowledge in project management methodology (Agile) and tools.

Experience with database querying tools, languages and analytical platforms supporting database such as Access, Excel, SQL..etc. also strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Visio and Excel.

May provide guidance with the development of test plans as well as assist the business with development of user acceptance criteria

As enterprise BA, will be expected to understand the full project, coordinate between different departments to ensure all requirements are identified and documented by the responsible party in a timely manner as outlined by the project manager.

Translate high level business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for the DW organization and manage changes to such specifications.

Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit and Data warehouse from initial requirements to final implementation.

Participate in program design and code walk-through ensuring requirements Ability to manage conflicts and team-members mentor fellow are met. on business questions and issues.

Ability to manage at the enterprise project level. Excellent communication and documentation skills

Report out project status and impact analysis on an ongoing basis. Has a strong sense of urgency, commitment to goals and is self-motivated/directed
