JD:

•Worked in SAP / Oracle environment in various functionalities like Consulting, Testing and Project or Program Management

•Proficiency in Testing Life Cycle, ERP Testing and Test Automation methodologies like Business Process Testing.

•Leading large projects or accounts, managing globally distributed teams

•Experience in Test Automation tools like QTP, ALM, PANAYA, SAP TAO, SOLMAN, WORKSOFT etc..

Responsibilities

•Working collaboratively with Senior GE TCOE leaders

•Drive continuous improvement in the testing strategy and process, engaging all concerned teams to document best practices and perform post mortem analysis to drive productivity improvements in all phases of testing preparation and execution

•Development of new business models, resulting in achievement of program defined revenue targets, within the defined Gross Margins

•Working with Pre-Sales and Sales, aiding the receipt of new projects across various GE Business Verticals

•Skill matrix building in the relevant technology and application skills, for the program

•Drive overall reduction in testing cycle time without sacrificing quality or increasing risk

•Work collaboratively within the cross-functional team and across the many outside teams required to execute a successful end to end testing cycle

•Identify critical path decisions, make recommendations and influence team leaders, peers and process owners for all testing related activities

•Partner with release leaders, cross functional and Shared Services teams to build and drive ERP testing plan for Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression testing

Specialized Skills

•Finance consultant with experience in Implementation & upgradation engagements

•Preferred Specialization : GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, XLA modules

•Very good experience in TCA

•Good experience with Oracle R12 Bank implementations

•Basic understanding of SCM modules

•Functional Testing capabilities
