Job Title: BPM Project Manager
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration : 18+ months
Interview : Phone/Skype
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
IBM BPM 8.x – vended application on which the solution will be build
IBM BlueWorks Live – tool used to capture business requirements
Microsoft Word/Excel – tools that are used to document/communicate requirements/design
HP QC/ALM – system which tracks defects
Jira – system which contains user stories
TOP 3 CRITERIA FOR THIS POSITION:
1) IBM BPM experience
2) Process Specialist/Business Analysis experience
3) Great communication skills – both verbal and written
PROJECT-SPECIFIC DETAILS:
Determine automation needs and provide ongoing systems support. Applies assigned resources to implement cost-effective automation to meet business requirements.
Directs and performs prototype systems development. Assigned to multiple projects of varying priorities and applications.
ADDITIONAL DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate will work closely with business process specialists to understand requirements.
Candidate will work closely with technology team to document and translate user requirements to design details and answer developer questions.
