| Roles & Responsibilities | Onsite senior developer. Responsible for developing and delivering GWT code to integrate with backend coding. Need to guide an offshore team in a Scrum environment. As such need good understanding of Scrum ceremonies and be able to handhold offshore team to get the deliveries in time. Good communication skills and ability to evaluate a design is preferable. |
