Position – Data Analyst

Location – Dallas,TX

Duration – 6+ Month Contract

Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for supporting clients through loading and analyzing data.
Individual will retrieve data, QA/ review, prepare/ transform and load client data from various sources into internal system using ETL tools.
Analyze and troubleshoot data based on professional standards. Process data and convert it to a compliance product.
Determine the accuracy and completeness of the compliance product and perform additional quality assurance procedures. Prepare the product for delivery. Perform other related duties, as required.
Gather requirements for ETL developers and document data specific processes.
Research internal and external client inquiries and facilitate information data requests.
Assist in testing of EY internal systems.
Share knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery. Facilitate communications and provide ample assistance to team members. Leverage technology to continually maximize productivity.
Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters development.

To qualify, candidates must have:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an associate's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of tax-related or other relevant experience
ETL tools or T-SQL experience beneficial but not required
Experience with data processing, data analytics, and file transfer methods
Dedication to quality and accuracy
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability
Ability to work on a variety of tasks/ projects at the same time
Commitment to proactively following through on all internal and external client requests.
Excellent teaming skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
