Senior Developer, Java - This position works as part of a team dedicated to the development, implementation, and support of Java based Web application for an ecommerce website. The ideal candidate should have a strong software development background and have experience with all aspects of web design, web production, and strong client server architecture knowledge with thorough expertise on Java language. The position should be appealing to software professionals who like working in challenging environment and preferably in an Agile methodology.

Qualifications –

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and Application Development); 3+ years of experience required if candidate possesses a related advanced degree.

• 3+ years of Advanced Java programming/ systems design.

Skill Set –

1. Highly experienced in Core Java J2EE

2. Proficient in J2EE concepts and Expertise on MVC architecture.

3. Sufficient expertise on JSF.

4. Sufficient expertise on Web service.

5. Have thoroughly worked on XML, XSD, XSL.

6. Have in depth knowledge and expertise on Design patterns.

7. Should have understanding or expertise on Seam annotations.

8. Should have sufficient understanding on HTML, CSS and Javascript technologies.

9. Should have sufficient expertise on Relational Databases.

10. Understanding/ hands on experience on Linux is a plus.
