Title- Business Systems Analyst III

Please submit BAs who have experience with both Telecom products (Voice, broadband, Video) and Web services. 5-7 years of proven industry experience.
Must be able to capture requirements for web services, changes to development , UI screen changes, customization and support of alternate channels and New API creation.

Summary: Maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for IT projects or filling organizational riles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project gals, deadlines, metrics and budget. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred

. 2-4 years' experience required. Responsibility level: Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor. Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models. Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers. Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation. Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs. Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared. Note: This position is not eligible for Overtime billing.
