MS Dynamics Business Analyst / Function Consultant

San Ramon, CA

Short term

Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 5+ years of MS Dynamics CRM experience Experience of working on as a Functional Lead Consultant for at least 1-2 end-to-end implementation projects on Dynamics CRM starting from requirements analysis and design phase to UAT and Training.     Technical/Functional Skills - Proficiency on Dynamics CRM 2013 - Domain knowledge of the Banking & Financial Services industry -Business Processes in Sales Force Automation , Marketing automation and Service management functionality - Exposure to Dynamics CRM 2015 will be an added advantage -Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects would be desired     Experience Required 7-10 yrs of overall experience     Roles & Responsibilities - Manage Client interaction - Interact with business users and conduct requirement workshops - Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation - Functional design and Fit Gap analysis with Dynamics CRM product - Product configuration and point-and-click customization - Coordinating with and coaching the technical team on requirements - Functional testing - User Training     Generic Managerial Skills - Excellent communication, articulation and team skills - Ability to work in onsite-offshore team setup     Education MS Dynamics CRM certification (At least CRM 2011 / CRM 2013. CRM 2015 preferred)
