Desirable Technical Skills    FileNet DataCap experience, J2EE, DB2, PL/SQL, IBM Websphere 6,7,8.x and RAD 7, Tivoli Directory JAAS authentication
Mandatory Functional Skills    Able to complete development with FileNet ICM (IBM Case Manager) and ICN (IBM Content Navigator) independently, Strong knowledge on overall ECM Practice specially Workflow Management, Good Communication skill including verbal & written
Desirable Functional Skills    Experience with custom Java application on Filenet would be nice to have
