Must-Have :

v  Expert knowledge in administrating and managing SLES 10 and SLES 11 Systems

v  Experience with Pacemaker high-availability clustering

v  Very good experience with Samba and NFS

v  Kernel Upgradation and Tuning

v  OS-Package-Patch Upgradation through Satellite Server

v  Configuration of Netdump / KDUMP

v  Virtual FTP Server Configuration and Virtual FTP User Management

v  External DNS Management

v  Web Server Configuration and Troubleshooting (Apache, Tomcat and JBoss)

v  LPIC-2 - Advanced Level Linux Certification (beneficial)

 

Good-to-Have :

v  Experience with IT Service Management Tools (preferably HP Service Manager)

v  Knowledge of ITIL Processes

v  ITIL V3 Foundation (beneficial) or comparable knowledge
