Location: Richardson , Dallas TX
Type of Hire: 6+ Months CTH

Job Description:
Strong Design and Implementation skills in VoIP/Video/Unified Communication
·         Call Manager Install and Configuration
·         Experience in migration from traditional PBX to Converged /IP communications
·         Dial Plan design and manipulations
·         Messaging planning and design (Cloud or Private)
·         Gateways and Gatekeeper Design and Implementation
·         SIP Trunking Planning and Design
·         Presence, Collaboration, Audio/ Video Conferencing
·         Network Requirements and QoS design
·         Call Center Planning and Design    (Applications adjuncts including: Call recording, Workforce Management, CTI, CRM and others)
·         VoIP Security
·         Troubleshooting of  failures and performance issues
·         E911/ 911/ NG911 /PSAP design
·         Privileges and Restrictions
·         VoIP phone design and selection

Strong Network Architecture Skills
·         Product experience in CISCO – (Juniper, HP, or Brocade is a plus)
·         Routing – BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MBGP
·         Switching – Vlans, Spanning Tree, Port Channels, NAC
·         WAN – MPLS, Metro Ethernet, Frame Relay, ATM
