SFDC Developer
Technical Responsibilities:
"1) Work as a Salesforce developer and build applications using configuration and customizations techniques.
2) Work with business teams to understand the needs and design solutions using force.com
3) Prioritize tasks at hand and communicate status regularly to the customer.
4) Document the solution and process flows.
5) Apply Salesforce configuration and customization best practices during implementation.
6) Keep researching better solutions in Salesforce and recommend the same to the customer."
Relevant Years of Experience Required 2-4 years
Must Have Technical Qualifications:
"1) Excellent spoken and written communication skills .
2) Good knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud & Salesforce Integrations with external systems.
3) Should have good knowledge on Apex , Visualforce and Integration methods.
4) Should be aware of third party solutions from AppExchange.
5) Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks."
Must Have Business Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, and should be a team player
Good to Have Qualifications:
1) Developer/ Administrator Certification from Salesforce.com
