UX Lead - Sr. Interaction Designer/Information Architect/(URGENT), Washington DC
Type of Hiring: C2C/ C2H

JD:
- Good Understanding of end-to-end design experiences, interaction models and design systems.
- Creating user friendly interface designs that defies digital experience across platforms.
- Understanding business by stakeholder's interviews and requirement gathering
- Good understanding of contemporary interaction design trends in the market
- Know to all user research methodologies and implementations
- Recommend user research for new and existing products, and make recommendations for change.
- Distill complex interactions into clear, understandable design solutions and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Work closely with Visual designers and audience research analysts, stakeholders to transform requirements into defensible design solutions.
- Collaborate and interact daily with a team who are as passionate about the user experience as you are.
- Work in a highly efficient, agile and waterfall interaction design process.
- Work closely with developers to help build prototypes and refine working products
