The contractor is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Primary support will be to provide development and maintenance activities for the national environmental data exchange initiatives. Tasks performed will include, but are not to limited: creating tables and constraints in Oracle; assisting with mapping of attributes to OpenNode2 staging tables; creating and testing extract, transform and load (ETL) process to Oracle staging tables (backend processing using SSAS and PL/SQL), developing and populating log tables, procedures, data services and test plans; testing flow implementations; assisting with the implementation and deployment of the flows; and contributing to technical documentation. Additional development will include a process to feed a SQL Server Analytical Services cube from an Oracle Database for the Radon program, and routine maintenance for existing flows as needed.
